Enhancing the Plaza, creating new first floor beach huts and refurbishing existing beach huts.

Working with client BCP Council, and architects, Morgan Design Studio Ltd, our team created an attractive plaza that visitors can enjoy and that signifies Shore Road’s importance as the starting point of the promenade around Poole Bay.

The works were carried out in two locations on the beach frontage split by the main Poole to Bournemouth Beach promenade. It included the external refurbishment of an existing building, public plaza and surrounding beach huts, internal refurbishment of the toilets and extension to provide a new kiosk and water sport concession.

Further down the promenade eight new superior quality beach huts were built on top of a block of 12 huts. This included an external walkway and staircases for access. The lower existing huts were stripped out and refurbished to the same high standard.
