Providing a spacious and modern builders merchants store in an easily accessible location to the north of Leicester city centre.

Designed by Market Harborough-based architects, Corporate Architecture, the builders’ merchants store is now complete at Parker Drive. Located on the former Forest Park Business Centre site, it formed part of Selco Builders Warehouse’s major branch expansion to enhance its presence over the country.

Creating 40 full-time jobs, this single storey, 3,252m2 store replaced a demolished factory building which had stood empty for more than a decade.
Catering for trade customers across Leicestershire, the new Selco branch includes a show room and hire store, concrete HGV yard and car park.
