Stepnell has a long history of successfully delivering a variety of projects within the care sector – to date we have delivered over 2,200 beds.

Our delivery teams have built several care facilities and understand how the final details of the finish make a practical difference to the buildings and services users.

Additionally, our experience includes the provision of a range of care facilities for older people that has incorporated both extra care facilities and specialist dementia care.

Heathlands Dementia Care Home

Working with Stepnell has been an excellent example of collaborative approach to design and construction where the designers and the contractor have worked in partnership to take a pro-active approach to problem solving and prevention. Town Thorns Care Home
