Recent and Upcoming Developments

Stepnell Park, Rugby (2018-19)
Stepnell is developing the land around its head office in Rugby, to provide 80,000 sq. ft. of commercial development space, which will be available for leasehold occupiers from 2019. Stepnell will act as the landlord, developer and main contractor. Planning consent has been granted, and works should commence in early 2018. Ogee Business Park, Wellingborough (2018)
Stepnell is developing the next plot at Ogee Business Park, our development site in Wellingborough. This plot will be 11,000 sq. ft. of commercial space available to let from early 2019. Additional plots of land will also be brought forward for development.

London Road, Daventry (September 2017)
Recently, Stepnell refurbished one of our existing residential properties in Daventry.

Rokeby Court, Rugby (2014-2017)
Stepnell has undertaken the phased refurbishment of a block of 12 flats that we originally built in the 1960’s, bringing them up to a modern standard of rented accommodation.

Progress House, Rugby (March 2015)
Stepnell undertook the refurbishment of a 25,000sq.ft industrial premises in Rugby prior to re-letting to new tenant, John Good Ltd, a publishing company.

Montague House, Rugby (March 2014)
As part of this award winning development, Stepnell constructed a bespoke new-build energy efficient offices as the head office for a firm of regional Solicitors. Stepnell acquired the site, developed the scheme and continue to act as landlord.

St James Mill Trade Park, Northampton (March 2009)
Stepnell undertook the redevelopment of existing industrial units into a terrace of new trade counter units to provide high quality commercial space for leasehold occupiers ranging from 2,500 sq. ft. to 13,000 sq. ft.
