Richmond Villages are a leading retirement living specialist, part of the Bupa Group, who have recently finished developing an award-winning luxury Oxfordshire retirement community with Stepnell.

Mill Stream Mews consists of six high-specification one and two bedroom apartments, situated in the desirable retirement village, Letcombe Regis.

Designed by PRC Architecture, the luxury homes were built within the village’s 36 acre grounds at a secluded location close to the village centre and its wide range of facilities including a state of the art spa complex with gymnasium, pool and a beautiful lakeside restaurant.

All six new apartments were built to the highest standards of quality and comfort incorporating ergonomically designed kitchens and walk-in showers. The new houses were already been reserved before the scheme’s completion.

The project overcame numerous technical difficulties including extensive ‘dewatering’ required to counter the high water table and a series of unforseen ground conditions.
