The Spring Hill Medical Centre on Rectory Road, Old Arley was built to replace an ageing facility located a mile away on Spring Hill Road and provide modern health facilities for the local community.

The 750m² medical centre houses five GPs, a trainee GP, three practice nurses, a healthcare assistant and all associated administration staff accommodated over two storeys.

The building is of traditional brick and block construction with supplementary steel beams and precast concrete floor planks. The space is divided between consulting, registrar, health education, training and treatment rooms as well as a conference room and office space.

On completion the project achieved a BREEAM rating of ‘Very Good’.

"Thank you to each and every one of you for the part you have played in getting us here"
