Stepnell appoints new design manager

Rugby-based construction and civil engineering company Stepnell has appointed John Boles as design manager for Sanctuary Housing’s flagship Health and Wellbeing Development at University Park in Worcester.

John will be responsible for managing Stepnell’s design team throughout the course of the proposed scheme which will create a 160-bed care complex in St John’s as part of the city’s multi-million pound University Park development. John, who comes from Oadby in Leicestershire, will be based at Stepnell’s head offices in Lawford Lane, Rugby.

Prior to joining Stepnell, John held senior design manager posts with El Seif Engineering and Contracting in Saudi Arabia, Hill International and Laing O’Rourke International.
