Supply Chain

Supply Chain Partner Requirements

Our guiding principle is to use the best available resources to achieve the best result for our clients. We have clear procurement procedures and policies which our management teams follow to identify, select and manage our consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.

We select our consultants, subcontractors and suppliers from an approved list. These are companies which we have vetted to ensure that they have proper insurances, a health and safety policy, are financially robust, have the requisite skills and performance record and meet our environmental and quality standards.

Stepnell takes full project delivery responsibility

We don’t employ agency staff or let out contracts to third parties. Stepnell’s contract directors have full responsibility for ensuring timely project delivery, cost and quality control. We do however, accept that specialist subcontractors have the in-depth knowledge required in many fields. These specialist elements are therefore let to partners who have demonstrated their competencies and are willing to work as part of our project team. These areas include: mechanical and electrical installation, structural steelwork, cladding and roofing.
